Questions You May Have.

* In what condition can artwork be returned?

If Damaged before arrival, or punctured while in customer care for a repair but only after consultant of it.

* Will a refund be issued? And if so, how much?

Yes, if proof from carrier or system shows no delivery for item or damaged amoungs arrival, a FULL refund will be given.

* Store Credit or back to same payment method? 

Customer will recieve same payment method for refunds.

*Who will pay for shipping should an item need to be returned? 

After consultant for a repair, customer is required to pay for shipping if need to return item.

* Order processing time? 

Within 2 weeks!
